8/20/2003 - My first submission to Photographer's Forum's annual Spring contest was "Alpenglow on Ancient Briostlecone Pine." It was only a finalist, but it was given a whole page (P. 181) in the 1998 Best of Photography publication. It also won Best of Show at the 1998 Sonoma-Marin Fair and the Rohnert Park Association for the Arts's Photography Competition in 1999.
